Can't get money on Carbon using my debit card. No phone support, live chat, and they won't return my emails? Anybody else having similar issues? cry

I never had luck depositing…other people told me that their cards worked no problem.  But none of my debit or credit cards ever worked (so not a recent problem for me).

 

I always got money on and off via player transfer…but now that is not an option either.  Frustrating to say the least!

I've (unfortunately) made two deposits in the last two weeks, the most recent being 2 days ago with no issues. Have you ever deposited there using this card?

Either you will, or you won't.

I just made a deposit on Carbon with d visa debit card with no problems, other than a BUNCH of security questions. That was fine with me. I even had to give the year of my car, they already knew make and model :0

The easiest way to get on Carbon is Western Union. You can also do Moneygram and if so, they will even offer you a deposit bonus for the sports/casino side. I complained that I didnt know it couldnt be used for poker, they switched it over to the poker side for me. They also refund WU and MG fees.
