6 Plus Poker (also known as Short Deck Poker) has now been added to heads-up, 6-max

and 9-max cash games.

 

This exciting Texas Hold’em variation removes all 2 through 5 cards from the deck and has modified hand rankings. It makes for some very interesting strategy decisions.

Six Plus Hold’em (also known as Short Deck Poker) has arrived at Americas Cardroom. 
 
This new twist on Texas Hold’em removes all 2 through 5 cards from the deck. It’s fast becoming a player favorite as it allows for bigger hands and bigger pots!

 

Six Plus Hold’em is now available in the cash game lobby, at all stakes. We’ve also created a detailed How to Play section, which includes a hand ranking chart on the website, here.
 
Six Plus Hold’em tournaments are also just around the corner and will make their debut during the upcoming $3.5 million Online Super Series (October 3rd-14th).
