Micro Tournaments on Stars and Tilt?

Hi everyone,

Recently i've gotten a new job that has allowed me to free up some more money and time for me to spend playing poker. I plan to only spend about 3, maybe 4 days playing properly, and the rest of the week spent reviewing my play, watching videos and just over all studying. On a side note, so far I am just loving the help this site has given me already.

I want to play mostly the big field mtt's although i feel I should be throwing in some 45 man sngmtt's in the mix. If I was to do that I would be playing the $5 ft ones, and the $3-5 ones on stars. Does anyone have any suggestions about that? Bankroll for these levels isn't an issue right now, and i believe my play is good enough to beat them. If experience shows otherwise though i am happy to move down.

My main question is, what do you think the best $5-10 large field mtt's on stars and tilt are?

Xeunain.

$3r on Stars.

$3r on FTP

$11 (12k GTD) on Stars.

Daily Doubles

Early Doubles

Midnight Madness

There are a couple of good $4 and $8 tourneys on Stars as well.

Id also mix in plenty of the $4 and $11 180s on Stars

Any $10 Superstack on FTP

Thank you very much for your quick reply Killingbird. Those tournaments look pretty much perfect. Would you suggest focusing more 180 tourneys on stars rather than the 45 mans, or is it good to use the smaller field tourneys to try and cushion a bit against variance?

KB is correct to put PS $3R at the top of the list. I'm playing in one at the moment, $8K gtd, we've just recommenced after the break for add-ons. Of the 1993 players remaining only 1403 have taken the add-on, at least 75%+ of the field are clueless. Value! (Edit; Value if you can get through the minefield, unlike me!)
