I will finally win my local home game tournament and again before the year is up. I want to play in a bigger field an “invest in a loss”

I will build a bankroll and make the jump to higher buy-ins. Long term I want to be in Vegas for the WSOP next year. I don't know if I'm ready for the main-event jump but definitely want to be there and do some of the other bracelet events.

GL man, keep at it.

I'm gonna steal you're thread though and share my goals. =)

-Close out and ship one of these big Sunday Merge tourneys that I have been getting deep in.

-Ship a Maximus II event.

-Be a better poker player tommorrow than I am today.

I “borrowed” the invest in a loss line from Josh Waitzkin. I heard Darryl Jace mention his book in a podcast and I've been reading it. Great stuff.

Just took 2nd in $10 guarantee…(don't remember if it was a 2K or something else) for $344. best win since I've been back online. Coincidentally my new TPE shirt came in the mail today. Bankroll building is fun.

Thought I’d share my main goal in here rather than start a new thread smile

-Get my first 4 figure score.

There are others, but this is the one that stands out.

I chopped at a final table in a live game for $1100. It was pretty sweet for a $100 buy in and about 6 hours of poker. I'm looking to build a 5 figure bank roll so I can play in the bigger buy-ins and guarantees.
