this is a tough question. Depends so much on mood and occasion. As for an everyday sit on the porch kind of beer, I’ll go with Carolina Blonde (probably not available to most of you).
For something a little less standard I’d go with the Double Bastard Ale or Rogue Dead Guy Ale (ok, that is a little more common).
Now I’m thirsty.

i grew up in MI and bells beer is far and away my favorite. their summer brew, oberon, is my favorite beer on earth.
living in vermont i LOVE switchback, and since that’s only found on tap at the bars i drink long trail or trout river at home.
in san fran i drank a lot of fat tire.
