Hi everyone
I was in San Fran for a couple of days and got caught using stars with a VPN. My account is frozen and they are asking for loads of security related evidence. Obviously i am guilty.
My question is : Since I only had about $1000 dollars on there , is it best just to leave that account as dead money and move to other sites or is there a chance of getting my money. Also , If I just ignore it , will there be any further repercussions or is that the end of it. I have read that it is not illegal to play poker in the states but it is illegal to offer online poker. Is this true???
Does anyone have any info? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
As for the Stars issue, I'm not super familiar with their policies, but I think your money is likely lost. Doubt there will be any other ramifications other than the fact that you would possibly not be able to play poker on Stars if they were ever to return the states. I certainly would not be worried about the FBI knocking down your door or anything though.
