Sup yall, I know alot of people hate Full Tilt right now, and I dont blame them. However, barring the assholes who shit on the players it doesn't change the fact that it was a great place to play poker. That being said, the people who are working on buying the company and reopening are making some good headway it seems. I found this article browsing the internet, I am not sure on its validity but the site seems to have solid articles so it must have some grain of truth. According to the article, the Deal to buy Full Tilt is making solid progress and the buyer is apparently making a deal with the DOJ to re enter the US market granted online poker regulation and legalization are passed. Also it seems that its getting alot closer to refunding the players money. I wouldn't get TOO excited…but it does offer some hope.

Also, heres another one. I guess they DID strike a deal with the DOJ. GBT (Groupe Bernard Tapie)
Signed an aggreement with the DOJ.

So ya…I kept reading on Poker news and came across another great article. It seems things are looking good in the US regarding poker and gambling. Massachussets just passed a bill or w/e letting them open 3 casino resorts in MA. The link for the article is below. Louisiana is opening a casino as well themed “Margaritaville” So ya..these are not indian casinos and so it seems things are looking up for the poker players in the US.

So I continued to read on the site and again was suprised….New York just opened its first casino in New York City. But what I found REALLY interesting although NOT suprising, MGM and Boyd Gaming just teamed up with Bwin Network/ Party Poker. They say in the article that once online gambling legislation is passed in the US “They would be interested in taking advantage of the oppertunity” IMO MGM and Boyd would not have done this if they were not planning on the US market. SO what does this suggest? They know shits about to pop off and they want to be in the mix of it. Would be cool to see Party Poker return to the US.
Heres the article
