So after the success of the greatest movie of all time, it seems wise to continue the trend. So i've come up with 'The TPE Favourites', where we can go through a number of categories and find out our overall favourite, using the same premise as the GMOAT (Obviously not as long 
)
So thanks to the good suggestion of Mister Bennymacca, we will start with SONG
Here's how we'll do it. We get 16 members to particpate initially, each choosing 2 songs. Then start a bracket tournament of 32 songs, until we crown a winner.
So for starters if you want to join, just post that you're interested. DO NOT post your song choices yet until we have enough members. LET'S DO IT!

Bumping this since we need more members!!
Hopefully after PCA and Aussie Millions we may get some more. Otherwise i'm happy to make it 8 members and 4 songs each

Ok guys let’s get into this.
What i’ll do is get everyone to PM me their 4 songs, ranked from 1 to 4 (1 being the best obv), as well as 5th ‘substitute’ song.
If anyone happens to choose the same song, the person who put it higher on their list gets to use it. If they are in the same position, the person who gets it too me first gets it :)and the other member will use their substitute.
Duggs has already sent me his songs, so 6 more members to pm me their songs.

Haha i actually heard that song for the first time the other day. If my boss was in this im sure it would be in
Anyway i have recieved all the PM's, and all the songs are in. 3 substitutes had to be used, so unfortunately Cousteer's 2nd choice, loxxii's 4th choice & Bennymacca's 1st choice had to be taken out and replaced. Sorry guys.
What we'll do is have 4 matches running at once, all in sepearate threads to avoid confusion. They will be open for 1 week minimum, to get as many votes in as possible.
For the 8 members who are participating, DO NOT VOTE IN YOUR SONGS THREAD. You may jump in and promote your song however you please, but no voting for your song 🙂
I will keep everyone's songs a secret until they come up, unless everyone doesnt care if they are outed. Either way let me know.

one thing that is pretty important imo – please listen to the songs before you vote – it will mean that at least you can make an objective judgement. im sure in the movie poll we ended up voting for the one that was most prominent or we had seen if we hadnt seen the other one. and whilst its unrealistic you had to go see a movie, you can definitely listen to a song before voting.
