Casey Im sure your happy with the results but what a laughable game of mistakes.  I did love seeing the cowboys lose because I hate them.  I never root against the skins unless they are playing my Pats but you guys need to find some O if your going to be better than a 500 team.

As a Cowboy hater in the middle of the Metroplex I LOVE LOVE LOVE it every time they disappoint their fans!!  You hear this huge WWOOSSHHH in sound every time the air gets sucked out of them.

I tihnk McNabb will find a rhythm with Moss and Cooley. Cooley is one of the best TE's in the league but not enough people know that yet.

I also think that won't be enough to make Washington any sort of threat in the NFC. They're probably an 8-8 or 9-7 team like you said.

FKcoolers is right, Cooley is a top three tight end, moss is looking better, and Portis showed some spots of brilliance late in the game.  He averaged 3.5 per carry which, against dallas, is good.  I mean playing Dallas D makes your offense look a lot worse then playing other teams.  I think Devin Thomas will have a break out year this year.  Also the Redskin's defense really applied pressure effectively to Romo on blitzes, something he noted after the game in a press conference.  He said he was encountering blitzes he hadn't seen before.  Remember, Shanahan had a whole year to sit around and develop strategy for the season.  He could watch all the Redskin's games as a fan where their weaknesses would be more apparent to him. Just remember, the Cowboys were picked by a lot of people to go to the superbowl this year, so I wouldn't count the redskins out yet.  10-6, but that might be a little biased haha…

Washington has a really hard schedule. I can't see them winning more than 9.

Dallas 2X

Giants 2X

Eagles 2X

Packers

Vikings

Colts

Titans

Texans

Yikes… rough luck.

yeah i looked at the sched last night and was pretty disappointed.  They only have to go 9-6 now though which is good.  I think they are a better team than the Eagles and are a good match up with the Giants.  The Texans are good, but beatable, and obv the Colts are beatable this year.  Packers looked good against the Eagles I must say.  But we get to play Detroit, St. Louis, Tampa.  I would consider the Redskins to be heavy favorites in those games.  If we win those three, I would consider the rest of the teams on the schedule to be a combined coin flip, making them 10-6.  That's just how I went about thinking about it.

For sure. I marked those as wins, too.

It'll come down to the divisional games and then whether or not they beat Indy and/or Houston will decide if they can pull out a 10 win season.

And injuries, obv.

That late hit early in the game to McNabb could have been the next Tom Brady injury if it was a little harder or a little higher.
