Managing a bankroll over multiple sites (and a question about currency options on PokerStars)

After a very successful Saturday night and withdrawing some funds I now have a bankroll of ~$2500. I have a few questions though…

1. My average buy-in for MTTs should be $10, right? (250xBI)

2. What BI of 45-mans could I play? (Inspired by HTP's videos and would like to mix a few of these in)

3. How do you manage a bankroll over multiple sites? If I split the $2500 into 3 and had say $800ish at each site would I play $10 MTTs or $3 MTTs? That probably sounds like a stupid question, but if I only have $800 on say Absolute then a bad run's going to put me close to bustoing if I'm playing $10 MTTs.

4. I have accounts on PokerStars, Full Tilt (w/ RB), Absolute (w/ RB) and Titan… would you recommend the first three to be playing on if I was going to choose just three?

5. What's the different currency options on PokerStars all about? I'm really confused… I have a $ account, but am interested to look at the € and £ accounts since the MTTs offered in these currencies seem to have smaller fields and I might even be able to look at satelliting into the EPT London as that's where I'm based.

Look forward to hearing thoughts on all of these. Thanks in advance…

The only two questions I have input for:

1. I think your buyin level should be determined by your entire roll and it shouldn't matter if you play on three sites.

4. AB and Titan will have softer fields but I'm not sure what Titans' tourney sched/structures are like…it's been a while since I played there. My choices would be Stars, AB/UB and tilt.

I guess the answer to 3 depends on if you'll be fine with potentially busting or getting very low on one site.

For the second question you should have 80+ buy-ins with 80 on the lower side for your 45 Man or 180 Man games so probably use that as a barometer.

180 mans you should have 200 BI.  I have had some crazy swings in these, 100 BIs wont cut it I feel.  I play on multiple sites and consider all the money I have to be my bankroll and don't go by an individual site basis.  It sucks running bad on one site and well on another though because you will have to be withdrawing and depositing regularly to keep a somewhat even amount on each site.  As for ABI I am a huge nit when it comes to bankroll.  I have 250 buy ins for the highest buy in tournament i play.  This is probably a little nitty, but I almost never go to bed steamed so it works for me alright.

Euro and english pound accounts are just like usd accounts, they actually automatically convert for you if you try to register for a euro tourney…
