Is there any good reason that my results on Stars are miles ahead of my results on FullTilt? I don't understand why I can't seem to have a positive ROI on one site and have arounfd 100% ROI on stars. Sample size is about 200 games on each site.

the structures are different.  FTP gives more play early but are shallower in the late game.  Stars is the opposite, less play early but more play late.

Maybe your game is suited better to shallow stack play.

That said, 200 games on either site are really not enough of a sample to draw conclusions.  You could bink something on FTP tomorrow and have a better ROI there because it would have such a huge impact on your stats.

yeah i mean nothing means that much till you hit 1k games anyway.  Personally, I think Full Tilt is softer but I still play Stars because of the SNGs.  I'll probably get back to tilt in a month or two after I grind SNGs a little longer and play a mixed mid stakes schedule across both sites.  That's the goal at least.

maybe when you win on stars its more due to field size and your prolly just running good/bad respectfully you will prolly see that it will even out after 1500 tourneys played per site. and RFB makes a great point with regards to early/late structure

I do run horribly on tilt it is absolutely amazing to watch. That is why I play more on stars. Field sizes on stars are usually way bigger so that would make it more difficult to win there, shouldn't it?
