Are you looking for nonfiction? Life help?

I am really into The 5-Second Rule lately. Mel Robbins essentially proves most motivational speakers are full of it, and how you need to make small pushes every day to achieve huge goals. It’s really really helped me lately.

This book by Neil Pasricha was the best treatise on the search for happiness I’ve ever read, and holy hell I’ve read everything on this topic.
