You should be folding making tough folds with bottom set multiway when you face backraises on the flop because its almost always middle and bottom set when players do that AAs and KKs should be snap folds to that action. With Middle and top set i just string this down to a cooler if they have me beat. I think you played this hand fine, you got your money in with the best of it and lost thats poker for you.

The tournament was a 4 max and every hand was played multiway with lot of action but nothing like this.
I tought that one of the villians would have had 77 and the other would be on a draw. Or over pair like 88, 99 and the other one on a draw. but both were in a draw.
The BB had 3c2c and was thinking would you call with this hand on this board.

Never even thinking about folding a set here. In a $4 tournament it's unlikely that the backraise is as strong as it should be (he can certainly take a flush draw and be like “well there's a lot in the pot now, I shove”). The one thing I would say is your flop raise is too big, it makes it much harder for either player to continue when you make it nearly 900. A more balanced sizing is around 500-600.
Otherwise, just a bad beat. Try not to post hands where you get it in good and lose, because you don't often learn much from them.

similarly, don't be a pro posting advice in threads where theginger45 already posted. you likely will just agree with everything he does and not add anything useful yourself.
