Pre Flop: Me(Hijack) with [7c,6c]
yardog74(MP) folds, PartoucheP(MP) folds, soopel(LP) folds, MR_JAM(CO) folds, Me(Hijack) raises 537, urmmmm(BTN) calls 537, RELAX8(SB) folds, FLRAP(BB) folds

Me(Hijack) bets 824, urmmmm(BTN) raises 29484, Me(Hijack) ?yell

He'd actually shoved on the hand before too after check raising and flatting 4 bet on 7h 3h 3s flop ..Then donked all in on 5d turn .. with this in mind ..Can you call here ?

I don’t think this is any way I fold here. He can be jamming with so many pairs+draws, 2 pairs, sets since the board is so draw heavy he probably just wants to jam and not face a difficult decision on the turn. (I see a lot of inexperienced players do this. If he has a better straight so be it, but I fist pump call this all day.

I wouln’t fold either, viewing the history with him. I too think that hit a pair, double pair, maybe a set (but not likely). I think he uses his stack and hopes you wouldn’t risk your tournament life. Maybe he’s afraid of a draw.

you arent UTG btw, i dont love calling here, i mean if you have reads that he makes spazzy bluffs and will punt stacks then maybe, but this can easily be (10Jdd JQ) since i expect sets etc to flat here

Hi Guys,

Thanks for input ..

Sry .. well spotted duggs, was in hijack not UTG .. i still use holdem indicator to paste HH .. hadnt noticed the mistakes ..

Anyway, i deciced it was a fold for the following reasons:-

1. I had no reads on the guy, other than that he shoved the previous hand on the turn as described in post and also, that he'd opened 2.2x regularly.

2. I felt that if he was really spazzy, i'd find out pretty soon and hopefully get him to stack off later.

3. The other players were really really soft and with 57bb i just felt i didn't need to gamble in this spot.

Anyway, i can fill you in one of his cards…. He showed the Jd ..

Appreciate any further comments ?

I reckoned AJdd .. QxJd .. J10dd and possibly JxJd .. 3 of which i was flipping at best so definately right fold with hindsight .. before i folded i'd put him on any set(board so wet i don't believe this player would flat a set) and all of the above hands.
