reads – intial raiser has been opening up a ton as for the flat caller, he's been calling the intial raisers, raise a lot of the time.
I'm not to sure if squeeezing is great here as there's a dynamic going on, i've 3-bet shoved on v a few times already so my image is on the looser side.
I think flatting ain't terrible , we get to play a reasonable hand IP , however with a hand like AJo i'd rather take it down pre. we also have a short stack on the bb which makes me want to squeeze more.

I'd squeeze. I think you're overestimating the importance of this “dynamic” and underestimating the importance of V's wide preflop range and the value of winning it pre.
