I find myself in situations like this pretty often.  It seems incorrect to fold QQ here, but from the small 4 bet preflop, I have a good idea my opponent has AA or KK.

I never know what to do here, so I end up calling down and losing most of the time.  Should I actually be folding?  Or is that just dumb.

In general if you see the action pre-flop and you are fairly sure that the 4bettor here is for real with AA or KK (given the tourneys you are buying into, assuming the Super Stack 10k is representative I would expect the 4bet to be those hands a lot of the time) I would call if I was deep enough to see a flop and basically setmine (or look to smash a flop) with my QQ here. I think calling down is a poor option and your Turn bet is really fishy in the above HH. It is not terribly believable that you are repping a flush there given that it is highly unlikely (other than AKs which with his AA holding makes hard for you to hold) that you would be calling a 4bet with a suited connector, even suited Broadways. I think he had you pegged pretty well there to a big PP so this board is very safe for him. I think if you held off till the River for the big bet you can get players to lay down big pairs as it is a lot more believable in this case that you could have KK with the K of spades or QQ with the Q of spades here and he can't feel very comfortable with that potentially.
