My normal schedule would look like this for a full MTT session, I 6 table pretty much max so I dont play them all every session:

Main tourneys I pick from:

6pm $55 10k 500 max PS

635pm 5r 6max FTP

640 $27.50 big antes PS

7pm $10 25k PS

7pm UB 5k sniper

715 PS 10c

740 $22 6max

8pm $27.50 30k PS

8:15 2r 1a

Then I fill in with these as I bust others

8pm $35k FTP ($26)

835pm 3r 10.5k gtd FTP

840 $8 turbo PS

9pm Daily Doubles FTP

I am currently on the worst downswing of my life so I am trimming the $55 and higher mostly and mixing back in stuff I quit playing when I built my roll and was ready to move up. Now I have dropped well over half my roll, closer to two thirds, so I think (know) dropping back down is in order.

Not to hijack your post at all but would be interested to hear different perspectives on this. Assuming I have a  a $4k roll right now, the fact I try to 6 table max, and my schedule on session nights permits me to register beginning about 6:30-7pm EST and I try and not reg anything after 9pm due to work, what would your schedule look like? I am am not super risk adverse, and make good money in my primary job, but have built my entire poker portfolio off my initial $50 deposit and would like to not have to throw any more money online. I have a hard time playing optimally in a non-turbo tournament that is below a $10 buy in because I just have a hard time giving a fack about a tournament with less than 1k for 1st, may be a leak in itself.
