This is a 5 quad on stars on a sunday, villian is competent and has 3bet and 3bet/folded, by no means amazing.

If you're not light, since you said you have seen him 3 bet fold a few times. I think your range is TT+ AT+ KQs maybe KJs, if your light, mid+ suited connectors, Axs pairs KTs+. You don't mention whether he 3bet folded in position or out.

Calling your 4 bet in position and quite deep his range can be wide, but the line in subsequent streets makes me believe he wasn't that light. I think he floats the flop cbets almost always with all of his range. The only hand I can think of that he would bet/call the turn and fold river is a flush draw. K9s eg, where he turns a straight draw to go with his flush draw, but I think that would be awful, he really can't fold once he bets the turn, he turn bet commits him to call your shove unless he has absolute air, then sure he can't call.

His range to call would be pretty strong. Sets, straights, 2 pair, top pair with flush draw, and worse case scenario for the villian, where he has semi bluffed so much of his stack he probably has to call the turn with say something like Ks9s

It's obvious you must have it. As I stated earlier, there is no fold equity and the villian has to call. Hope you were good.

Hmm, tough, very tough, AK, probably calls, AJ sheesh, dunno, hard for me to answer that, I don’t think I’d put myself in this spot with AJ, suppose call and look the other way with clenched teeth. As a caveat, don't think there is that much difference with AK or AJ in this spot, but most people would give AK a much stronger bias in this spot.

OK…I'll have a lash! I image your image has been tightish aggressive, you probably haven't gone to showdown with too many marginal hands, so he assumes you're tight, when in actual fact you're on the 'sneaky' looser side…. Given the villian has 3-bet folded I reckon you may be opening your range to includesuited connectors (56s+), suited one gappers (i.e, J9s, QTs…), but you may also have mid-to-high pairs, off-suit broadway KQo, even a naked A…. I don't reckon you'd have much air in your range as you've labelled the villian competent. And of course you could have a monster, but there's not much fun in that!  You're both deep and there's bountiful antes, which you no-doubt will be eye-balling…. Because you are the savant 'Duglet' you would've considered the re-shove stacks sitting in the CO, SB and potentially BB and would've already determined whether you'd snap them off or not… so this may narrow your range to any paint, 88+, AT+…

Right…now I reckon you'd also be comfortable 3-betting any paint, 88+ and AT+ against this villian, particularly as the shorties have pitched and you think you could CBet depending on the texture of the board…. and also your struggling to dispell the assumption that the villian is a dolt!… but this is another battle…

The villian's probably 3-bet calling high pairs (TT+, AJ+, maybe KQs)

So the board texture is on the moist side… flush draw and QT which appears to hit both yours and his range.  Flushy flop is always good to C-Bet and a 22% pot bet looks polarised, villian appears to have connected with his call and I still put him on TT+, AJ+, KQs…

The turned A is always interesting…. the fact that you didn't double barrel makes me suspicious and looks stronger than leading out to try a disway an underpair or flush chaser…. so now I reckon your range is more on the broadway end of the spectrum…. and you've most likely made 2 pair AT, AQ, QT…. Villian may have the same hands plus TT, QQ and a suited A, he'd probably fold 88, 99, JJ, AJo…

The river filled up two boats, we have a poker armada! You made two pair on the flop QT loving the river to beat the villian's TT…. a 55foot Riviera out-performs a Dingy…
