Hey

Reads – V has been playing pretty aggro , he also just lost a pot in the previous hand. He started to “rage” in the chat box before he raised it up with this hand.

Thoughts about 3-bet shoving here? it seems pretty close/marginal imo.

however i feel that i have a edge against these players , so for that reason i'd prefer to fold and look for a better spot

Waiting for a better spot also, regardless of stats and recent play I always give UTG a fair amount of credit – do you think 3x is weighted more heavily to 77-JJ and perhaps AK, or do you think he would also have some bluffs in this range also? I imagine if we shove we'd get calls most of the time and would be flipping as a slight dog, tough spot though.

I think shoving vs a >3x UTG raise here is likely to be pretty bad. We're very rarely getting any folds and we very rarely have >~37% equity. If he had made it smaller we could just defend the BB, but as it is that feels a little uncomfortable. His range is likely to be stronger and we're getting significantly worse odds preflop. I don't really see any option but folding here.
