couple of things – first is name your thread title better, you will get more responses – something like “early in $5 mtt, deep, cutoff with 6d9d” etc would be better.
second, use the hand converter it will make it easier to read
now, to your hand –
on the flop, i would bet slightly more – betting the same preflop and on the flop almost always looks weak, so you will get called by pretty much anything. and since you are semibluffing, you want folds at least some of the time. something like 350-450 would be better.
im not sure i like a double barrel here – that 5s doesn't change anything at all really, so you aren't going to fold out anything that called the flop really. and you dont have any showdown value. so i would check behind, hoping to hit the diamond, and then you can get away cheap if you dont.

if you tried hand converter and it didn't work, i apologise
For me a mid 3 gapper is a little light to open but anyways…
You've cbet the and he has called, to me that says he's got a hand that beats you, either a small Q a decent 8 or some kind of draw most would have a one card higher than a nine.
So a brick has hit the turn giving a gutshot as well.
So we bet say 550-600 and he calls, you hit your flush on the river and he checks. There is no way he is calling a 3/4 to pot bet OTR . That line screams flush and will not call unless you are beaten and there are only a couple of flush draws that could have called pre that you beat. He is still calling with everything that beats you.
OK so what about a big bet say 900-1000 you will scare lot of hands away (which is not a bad thing) you may even get a hand like KQ to fold. The down side is if he calls, you are still stuck on a draw to just an OK flush and you have still got the same problem OTR where he probally not going to call a big bet on a flush board.
Lets look a check. If you hit, he will probally call a 550-600 bet with all but missed flush draws. If you miss and check through your nine high, you are not giving away that much information anyway. The table may even give you credit when you bet your one or two overs.
Lastly remember the buyin and the players that play them. Poeple don't take that much notice on how you continue after a failed cbet but more importantly if they have a hand they want to go with, they will, regardless of bet sizes and on this board there is nothing that called the flop that is not going to call the turn.
So I reckon a check on the turn is correct and, obv, if your flush or gutshot does not get there on the river, give up.
Forgot to add, don't forget this was a blind steal and you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar. 🙂
Not certain i open this pf, stacks look shitty, the only one you have good implieds on has position on you and the bb has a prime shoving stack.
I agree w cbet sizing issue, 400 ish looks good
the gutter draw you picked up ott is plenty of reason to fire another shell imo, i'd b/f half pot
