Never checking this river. Bet/fold is the best play. We get called by hands that are worse and hands that have us beat should be raising river.

Never folding this river.  You essentially have the second nuts.  TT, QQ, AQ and AA, all raise preflop.  The only hand that may limp behind that beats us is AT, and if he has that good for him.  Bet/call river.

b/f river, he isnt going to be bluff raising us and his value range is more likely A10 A5 1010 where as everything else from a passive villian just calls

So in a $5 game you think this villain will never raise Ax?  Or KJ?

As always duggs and I agree. Would be silly here for someone to raise with KJ or Ax. Is it possible in a $5 tournament? Yes but I still think it's unlikely.

Def. bet the river ~1250 and I'm not sure I'm folding if raised, depends on the raise size and history with that villain (if any).

I know the question is about the river play but FWIW, I'd raise pre and on the flop.

he overlimps pre and gets to the river with A2-A9,KT,KJ,KQ,QT,QJ (119combos)

the only hand we are beat by villain on the river is A5 and very unlikely AT. I assume he raises that pre. All other hands he most likely raises pre.

so if we bet he likely calls with A2-A9 and KJ(86combos), folds most likely KQ,QT,QJ (33)

so we def have to value bet here. the main question is the amount.

i seriously consider overshoving the river as he is calling most likely with the same range as he would call a 1/2bet. and the fact that there is only 1combo we are beat makes this play the most EV play imo.

cheers
