This is a $3 re-buy on Stars. This is after the re-buy period. Villain is 33/21 with an Agg factor of 3.0 over 52 hands and a 3-bet percentage of 10. I almost think the stats are irrelevant as a majority of them come from the re-buy period. I have a pretty tight image at this point.

My options are: Fold (not), Call, (not) 4-bet fold, 4 bet-call or 4-bet jam.

Any merit to flatting?

there's definitely merit to flatting, and i would usually call this deep preantes with AKo for a few reasons.

first, 3betting OOP this deep puts us in a kind of crappy spot. villain can flat our 3bet fairly wide with stacks this deep, and gets to play a bigger pot in position.

second, we really narrow our range for villain when we 3bet, allowing him to make better decisions, again, while being in position.

lastly, and this kind of ties in with above, but when we flat, lots of people won't give us AK, which allows us to get a lot of value we wouldn't have had we 3bet.

now, i think AKs is closer, and 3betting is obviously fine, but flatting is certainly an option.
