I have been playing pretty tight past the rebuy period here and and I not sure what the heck to do here. The flush on the board is scary and I am having a hard time not believing there is something better than my pkt 66's here. Just not sure how to proceed on this one. I'll share the result after some commentary.

I would probably fold in that situation and wait for a better spot to get it in.  I don't think i would of let out on the turn either to avoid him coming over the top which he did.  I would of checked the turn and see if he would bet and how much.  If I call a 3 bet raise with 66 oop, unless I don't hit a set on the flop, I'm pretty much done with the hand if my opponent bets on the flop or turn, unless u have a good read on him.

To be honest I would have just mucked the 66 to the raise. You said you had been playing tight and your raising from EP which means you have a pretty good hand. Villian is raising so at best we are flipping or dominated and we are OOP and there just wont be a lot of flops we are going to like, we can be sure villian will be cbetting 90% of the time here. As played I would check turn also and try to get to a cheap showdown.
