Live Vegas tournament $200 with $50 bounty. I am UTG + 2, the previous hand the player on my left went almost all in, leaving himself a single $25 chip. I have about 18K from a starting stack of 12K. I'm opening more than most of the table, but overall table is loose with 3-4 players often calling my raises.

Blinds 100/200 Pre-flop UTG + 1 limps. I raise to 800 with pocket 8s. Shorty calls for 25, cutoff, button and BB call as well as the limper. 150 main with bounty and 3000 side pot.

Flop KhKd4h. checks to hero. I bet 1800 cutoff shoves for 5100 adding another bounty to the pot Folds to hero.

Villain had been active in a lot of pots. The only hand I remember him showing down was 96s from a blind defense. He had lost a few pots where he took an aggressive line then folded on a later street to pressure.

From a strict pot-odds perspective, I have to call 3300 to win about 10,1000 so I need about 25%. The presence of the bounty in the pot may increase his bluffing frequency, but it may also increase his propensity to fast play trips since getting out drawn has a $50 cost.  If he has trips or a boat I'm drawing super thin, but if he has enough draws in his range, I am getting the right price. How do you assess his bluffing frequency in this spot?

Also, with the desperate short stack affecting the dynamic of an already loose table, how should I adjust my pre-flop play? Should I adjust my opening size upward to discourage callers for a better chance at the bounty?
