With this many bb's did I have to put it it regardless of how many players in the pot?

redede wins main pot for 62,913

The only hand that truely would of had me dominated would  of been AA.  Looking back I think AK was the best possible hand for me to have other than AA in this situation.   I should of called given my stack size and pot odds.
The only guy I was really concerned about was from the CO position, since he smooth called the all in, if he had Kings or Queens why wouldn't he shove his stack to at least keep me out of the pot,  and I knew that the original raiser was gonna shove his stack in as well, given his raise  in early pos, and stack size.  Maybe I just over analyzed it too much.   Would like to hear from the pros perspective.

Shoulda….coulda…woulda!

Ya with only 13bbs I'm for sure getting it in here with a chance to possibly quadruple up…..kalterrell could easily be isoing kyle the 9bb stack…..I just feel your AK still has way to much removal with your stack to ever fold here especially since you have card removal…..get it in and just run good!!

The only reason I'm calling is because of the stack size, (As cheche points out). With a 25+ BB stack I'm folding almost always.

Yeah don't worry about being vs AA or KK here because your AK is blockers to that.  I mean obv it happens but that's just a cooler.  Far more likely you are up against what you see here which is a good +EV result for you.  When you win this hand you are suddenly in command and can make a deep run.

Our mind set should be that we are craving these spots, not afraid of them.  I'm with FkCoolers – time to high five someone because if you lose it's no big deal just fire up another one but if you win you are going to make that deep run.  We want this to happen in front of us with AK.

So would my approach to fold the AK in the same situation but with a 25+ BB stack be a bit nitty Ron?

I see your point about needing these situations to run deep. Tks.

There's a point where you start to get concerned but it's not around 25bbs.  I wouldn't even think twice below 35bbs and probably getting it in without thought up to 50bbs or so.  It's just going to be QQ so often.
