hey, just wondering if any of you guys could do a video on some stop-and-go spots…like, how many bb's to do it with…from what position…what kind of stack size…its an awkward play and i never really knew when to use it correctly….normally, i might do it with a hands like 44,55,66, 77 in the BB..and instead of 3-betting preflop…just flat, and shove any flop…to perhaps get an overpair over 77's to fold if a king or ace hits the flop…still not quite sure though…

stop n go's are definitely not something I really have in my repertoire.  If there is a very blatant spot to do it against players that aren't that knowledgeable of pot odds I'll try it, but to be honest I'm certainly not qualified on doing a video on this.

I think it's important as pros to realize what our strengths or weaknesses are, and to be honest with ourselves about them.

i agree with wein.

i posted this a long time ago but the post got deleted, but i think if you take two players of equal skill except one of them knows all the perfect spots to stop n go and the other doesn't really do it ever; i doubt there will be any appreciable difference in their win rates.
