So i just sat down at the table.. its HU and the line seems possible for a missed F draw but its 1st hand and a large chunk of my stack.

Thoughts on river? or any other streets?

Hmmm… Pretty sure he is a reg. And range i would give him is AA,KK,QQ, that he probably does not want to 3bet pre ante preflop from MP to an EP open because a lot of times first level, no history etc all he is going to get is folds. So he could be getting tricky with those hands early. Also any set on the flop is in his range too which he plays the same way. Only hand you are beating imo is missed Ax flush draw possibly 1010 but don't think he drills river so hard with that hand. And I highly doubt he is over-bluffing pot preante first level on the river with little-no info on you i would assume, esp after you called c/r on flop and db on turn. As played I probably take same line as you in game and just fold the river. It is only early, no need to make a hero call, just preserve your stack still have 100+ bbs lots of time.

1st hand against opponent no history no reads, looks most like he flopped a set and wants as much in the pot as possible since your line looks like either flushdraw or overpair. one hand you fold anyway and the other he knows most likely calls.

like Danny i fold preserve my stack and make a note
