First spot: from my experience an over bet raise like this means they have a hand they think is strong and they are happy to get it in with, but do not want to see a flop. 99 comes to mind. Live players like to do this with JJ. You can discount QQ+ (unless it's something like his 4th raise in a row, then they'd figure they would get less respect and make it larger) It's possible AJ and KQ are in this range sometimes, but in general AQ is flipping. It's probably a small +EV shove, but the thing is with a guy like that (refering to his 56/21 stats) on your right there will probably be better spots. I would fold unless I had under 20 BB. I have a feeling most would prefer a shove.
The second spot you don't have enough hands for the stats to be too meaningful. However it is an UTG open. You have no fold equity and don't do well against that range. I would fold. It may seem nitty to fold a 5bb stack but if a spot is -EV then it's -EV. If you had more hands and his PFR was still 8 then it's a definate fold in my book.

1. Folding because I don't want to get it in vs. JJ here
2. Don't have enough chips to do anything but fold. Range of EP>A6s enough to wait to be the first in
I agree. I don't think we can narrow villain's range to exclusively JJ in hand 1, but I doubt he's doing it with any worse than TT, and he's going to have AK a lot too. Perhaps stronger hands as well.
Hand 2 is close, but since villain opened on 21bb and his range is fairly tight, I think we can afford to fold A6o here. I might just got with it if it were A6s though, considering how much is in the pot when it gets to us.
