This is the Bigger $11 on Stars (100K), I feel I have to c-bet this flop 100% of the time but not sure if I should fire a second barrel on the turn.

I think check/calling the turn vs an aggro player is better to let them bluff.Depending on the river card i check and then decide based on their betsizing etc.

I get torn sometimes in these situations.  I feel like soooooooo many people float nowadays that we have to 2 barrel so much more often because everyone knows a c-bet is coming.  I feel as if we do two barrel here he probably is going to give us credit for having an ace a good amount of time and will fold some hands that beat us 99-JJ

Given your read that he is agg post flop and will try and represent, I think I might check/raise this flop and really find out where you are at. Given your read, if you check he is gonna fire and a check/raise is a likely play from a player with an A here so I think you are representing it with such a line. I understand your line with the cbet but he is gonna float you so often from position on that board that it puts you in a tough spot.

Definately two barrel. Most players in low stakes MTTs auto 3bet AQ, AK preflop. Hard for me to believe an ace makes up a large part of his calling range here pre. He’s going to call you on the flop with 22,33,44,55,66,77……etc. 88 crushes his calling range.

It’s wayyyyyyy better to bet/fold this turn than to check call and play a guessing game.
Most people won’t give you credit when you C bet this flop and are willing to take a turn. Since two aces flopped it’s even less likely he holds an ace. Wouldn’t be surprised if he called you again on the turn with a worse pair.

as played – due to floating I reccomend a 2 barrel.  But given your read I actually prefer a check raise on flop, we can expect him to bet based on your read…

As you say he has stats of a rock so we can be confident he has an A if he calls / raises our cr.

If i wanted to rep an ace on this board I wouldn't go for the check raise on the flop.

I think the board is to dry to rep the ace with a check raise, I would go for the check call on the flop and check raise the turn.

If he checks behind on the flop then bet turn. thoughts ?

Agree with this.  Check/raise flop looks way too fos.

This is a difficult hand because you're OOP.

It's tough to rep an ace if you lead the flop.  I don't think he's folding all of his smaller pairs to a flop bet.  I think I check the flop to get value from worse on later streets.  (Although in the moment I'm sure I probably cbet the flop…)

If he checks behind on the flop I think it's OK to check the turn.  If he bets the turn, you can comfortably check/fold (depending on sizing?).  Remember we're only 33 bb effective.

If you intend on turning your hand into a bluff by betting the turn, you pretty much have to open jam the river.

If the turn checks through, he's very likely to have a smaller pair and will pay off a value bet.  I'd bet/fold the river.

72 hands early in a tournament is a small sample size.  I'm not sure if you can really call him a rock based on 72 hands early.

Check/call flop, check/fold turn, bet/fold river IMHO.
