I think call and peel off the river. I say that because he is probably not folding to a raise and the flop smashes his blind range. Considering you do not even have a pair at this point and he is donk leading, just call. I still think you can squeeze plenty of value from him if you pair river or hit heart.

I'd fold this PF from EP.  As played your flop raise is way too small.  You want to either shut him down or get him to commit his stack.  This size allows him to call.

His line is really weird with this tiny bet and I think he's making a mistake because you're getting tremendous odds to see a river.  I'd just call.

Oops nevermind I thought you were way earlier position than HJ.  I think i'd make it 900 on flop.  I might just call here too.  I'm kinda torn.

i called river paired the 3 but no heart and he leads for 600

is blowing him off his hand a possibility here? if so, what are the factors that would affect my decision to bluff or not?

Wow,

I'm like 50/50 on this, I either:

1: reship flop on that donk for donk betting into me and expect him to flip a weak Ten or fold.

2: reraise to like 1k on flop, call turn and ship river if I make the hand. His turn bet is super weird it to me it says I have a monster and I'm definitely checking back and hoping to make a flush. I'm not sure if I'm calling if I hit a jack or King on the river unless its super cheap.

I would definatly call the turn. I dont know how your table image is or even if he would notice it but I personaly dont think you are going to blow him off of his hand. Tbh I wouldnt be thrilled if it was the 3 of hearts that came. The pot is what, like 1450 or something. I dont think the pot is big enough in relation to your stack to worry about. IMO we call the turn here hoping to spike the river and get some value out of worse. Unless I had some kind of great read that he would bet so small trying to showdown top pair( which seems likely to me) and that I could get him to fold top pair I would just fold.

I didnt realize how small his turn bet was. Disregard the part about not being thrilled with the 3h. 🙂
