I don't mind the call pre behind the limper looking to smash a flop so deep. In these situations I pretend that my suited ace is a small pocket pair. After missing the flop, I simply check fold. I don't think there is a need to get tricky here so early in the tourney. I could understand the line of c/r if you flopped your flush draw, but in this case I think that you are going to get your self in trouble.
To answer your question though, I think you will need to double barrel if you c/r the rainbow board representing 555, 999, or a a big jack. I put the villain on a weak jack and now he is controlling the pot in postion. If he calls your turn bet then I just give up on the river and live to fight another day.

Thanx.
I did bet on the river because he checked the turn and think I should try to steal the pot. In fact, I put him on a second or lower pair and because I showed strength on the flop by c/r, I thought he couldn’t risk calling a bet on the river with the hand I put him on. His check on the turn made me think that he didn’t want to risk a reraise again, so it “confirmed” the range I put him on (also I didn't want villain to see my bluff, but that sure is no +EV reason ).
I see though it was much too tricky in this phase of the tournament.

yeah I agree with Terbet11, I like taking a cheap flop here with your hand but I am giving up when I miss. Also note that this guy is betting into a multiway pot, OK so he has position but it's still more likely that he has a hand here. After you do c/r and he calls give up.

^As played I agree for the most part.
We really should make it 75-130 pre. By limping EP with well over 100bbs we're asking for trouble and creating unnecessarily tough post flop spots. Villain is so tough to range here, he could have pp's 8x/Jx/Ax/gutshots ect
Why c/r flop? Lead out w/backdoor draws or just c/f.
As played, The turn is somewhat a blank, so unless you feel like firing big on turn + river representing an extremely narrow range of boats, just check/give up.
If he checks behind I might take a final river stab but we're likely going to get owned.
