Hey,

Not much reads on V , they’ve raised it up a few times but i’ve not seen showdown

do you prefer to 3-bet/c here or flat as played?

Cheers.

I prefer 3bet pre in this spot but don't think flat is bad or worse of a play.  Its pre ante so either is fine imo.

I tend to 3 bet here given villains stack depth.  Flatting is fine though too.

I tend to flat here more often than not. I can see the 3bet arguement though and thinking about it tend to like it a bit better. The flat can potentially put you in a weird spot if the flop comes down differently and he gets aggressive.

I am never flatting 1010 to a 20 bb or less open. 3 bet get it in or fold IMO. And don't fold unless  they are a massive nit.

so pretty much everyone thinks 3-shove is the way to go. I agree that 3-bet shoving is better then flatting espically given how shallow we are unless of course you have a lot of hands on v and you think there opening only top 3% from that postion.

I don't think anyone said shove. You're going to 3bet-call against UTG but that doesn't mean you wouldn't fold if someone behind you woke up with a cold 4- or 5-bet. Just make it like 900-1000, be prepared to call off against UTG. This will barely affect UTG's range but avoids leaving your whole stack lying out there in case someone else gets involved.
