Unlikely player in a $2 buy in tournie triple barrels with anything worse than TT and considering it's early there is just no need to build a massive pot with second pair. I don't mind the flat on the flop since we're in position and can bet if checked to on the turn. By making a very big bet on the turn villain is pretty confident in his hand and I would fold. As played, fold the river.

The turn is the decision point. I think the call on the flop is pretty standard, as his c-bet could mean anything. But if he only played one hand in 10, we can safely assume he leans more towards being tight than loose, so we have to assume his double barrel most likely means at least top pair. Alot of tight players would go into pot control mode with top pair wek kicker or other one pair hands. But his bet on the turn is a pot committing bet, if you call there, I think you need to call all the way down on all safe cards.
With his pot committing bet on the turn, you have to decide there whether you are willing to get all in 100BBs deep with one pair against this player. Being that he is leaning toward tight, I say no and would think a fold on the turn is best.
