UTG is 33/9 over 43 hands with AFq: 35. I felt when MP2 makes a weakish cbet and I only flat UTG may see this as weakness and feel his A8 or 7x hand is going to get it in here. Can we ever fold? Or is this an easy fold? I've only committed 240 chips to the pot and the UTG is showing massive strength by raising so big on a rainbow flop, albeit with a possible straight draw.

His line looks really strong…I like a fold here. Yes he may be overplaying a str8 draw but it is more likely a set. As you said you only have 240 invested.

Yeah there's very little in his range that you're ahead of.  Pretty strong line and everything you're ahead of probably doesn't take such a line.

Also I think with MP2 being relatively short i'd just 3bet/call with TT here preflop.

This flop crushes his limp/call range. Pretty easy fold.
