This guy started short stack at the final table, played solid poker and ended up heads up with me. He's a bit nitty you pretty much know where you are in the hand with him most hands, Then this…..

I would have bet more on the flop, maybe even a shove. In your case I would have shoved the turn.

Looks like cooler no matter how you play it. I do agree with a larger flop bet, not by much 29,999 just to get the pot pumped for a larger turn bet. When the river came I would stuggle but feel there's too much out there not to call the 64,000 (missed flush, maybe thinks his J or pair is good, even might be thinking A high chop). Still has that ” Why now” feel to it. Hope the rest of your HU went smooth and not tilted.
