I cant imagine you are up against a worst queen at this point. Villain isn't calling with worst then Q7 so the only queen you are beating is QT. I would guess villain is holding 89s, JT or possibly a set. I would fold in this spot, with still over 55 bb there will be better opportunities to amass chips.
