After Villain's lead Am I still best? what is the best line for me on the flop? and based on that what is my plan for the turn and river?

I like raising his donk bet to 1799. If shoves back I'm snap calling. If calls on the turn as long as no club its going all in.
I'm always in 2 minds whether to play hands like this fast or slow……
I think PreFlop if I'm 3betting here I make it bigger 2.5x-3x in size……. If I were playing the hand I think I just flat call the raise. You also have a 17xBB stack just behind you in the CO who might pull the trigger and shove.
His donk bet on the flop, could mean anything.(Pretty small bet):

Jx, QTx, AxK, Ax?x, JxT, KQx….. plus other combo draws etc, could even be a set of 2's
One thing is for, if he is holding the K, I doubt very much he is folding to your raise.
I probably smooth call the donk bet and evaluate turn action on non club turn card, if it's a non club and checks to you, I bet. If it's a club and he bets, I probably lay it down providing it's not an ultra small bet compared to the pot size etc.
