Villian running at 11/2 over 65 hands this is the second time he has limped raised. He has been playing pretty bad.

What position and with what hand did he do this with before? We dont have a ton of info on villian and this usually weighted towards KK AA or some marginal hand that a fish doesn't know how to play. This is a fold for me….its early and we don't need to get in a marginal spot for a good portion of our stack preflop.
