Last time he opened utg2 i 3b mp A8s 27bb effective and he instajammed. Has been 24/22 over a couple rounds, pretty active.

Never just raising pre.  Jam w/ 16 bb's when it comes to you in teh bb.  I'm sure he has a good hand. minimum, AQ, 88-AA, AK, maybe KQs

 

I'm not folding.  He could have AQ AT cc  … Q9 QTcc  AJ,

3BetShove preflop, against aggresive opponent I would take this spot with 77+.

Wp, just next time do not 3bet him, just ship it, you could be inducing some 4bet action if you would have let's say 22-25 BB's.
