Sunday Mil. JJ small in blind facing LP raise with 33bb

Villain is 21/10 over 135 hands. with 13% steal. At this stage i think we're midstages nearing the bubble maybe 15k runners left out of 60k started and 7.5k ish get paid

I only have 33bb and he full 3x it. Whats the best move here OOP? Flat, Raise or shove even?

this is the bottom of my 3 bet call range if im getting in this pot im never flatting out of position and letting akq peel and have zero clue where im standing so i prolly 3 bet call

I actually dont mind a shove since he full 3xs it. Its a wee big, but not terrible imo. I probably 3 bet get it in, but dont mind shoving.

Insta-shove to make it look like AK or a weaker hand. Stuff like 66-99 might fold to a scary 3 bet but call a shove.

I did end up shoving and taking it down, thinking i couldnt stand it if he flatted my 3bet since i wasnt sure what size to make it. Just wasnt sure if it was a bit spewy with my stack. Just wondering what i would be doing with TT or 99 here?
