Struggling a little in these spots

No reads on villain. Only been at table for 11 hands.

Not quite sure what the best play is here. I'm never flatting with these stacks so it's shove or fold IMO.

What do you do?

OOP sucks. I hate it.

Villian with 17BBs, I would think he is not raising light knowing how big your stack is. If he was after the BB I think he would just shove. If he was light I still think he would shove. Seems like a raise to induce a shove from either of you. He could be an absolute donkey and raise fold his stack, but I doubt it.

All that said, I still think your play is ok. You can definitely be in a flip on some of his range and therefore have some decent equity.

Unnecessary 3bet vs the 17bb opener when you are oop. Fold man.
