The hand is not a problem. The explanation or accusation after is interesting. I have never understood some things. I was asked why I did not raise pre by the guy in the BB, who shoves in his stack, after the hand. After I explained that in the whole time I had played with him being in the BB when I was in the SB if I limped he raised. EVERYTIME. So when it folds to me I am hoping to get all the money in somehow. I limp he shoves and off we go. Now when he says he would have folded pre if i had raised is where it gets funny. I ask why would i ever want him to fold here he informs me that he had a flush draw and he would never want to play against that.

Now is this the prevailing theme with people who don't play alot or is this just a way of thinking that i have been missing. This hand happens basically on the final table bubble. The hand was funny but the thinking or maybe he was trying to get me somehow. I don't know.

Weird…..he was trying to imply that you misplayed your hand? Sounds brilliant to me. I wouldn't bother explaining it to him…either he's being deliberately thick or didn't like being so predictable. Good play by you – you read him perfectly. Sour grapes I think

Never explain your play to your opponents.  Don't ever feel you have to justify your actions.  All you can do is allow players who hear your thinking devise a plan to exploit you.

Who cares what they think?  Really?  You want their money, not their admiration.  I don't care if my opponents think I'm a donkey as long as I'm pocketing their money when I'm done.

Never explain your game in the table. Or you might say that you never like to raise QQ preflop.

Nice reads on the villian and nice play.

no need to tell him that the villain was playin poorly.
