Just lost a pretty big pot to dofan in the last orbit all in pre. (me AK him KK). SCUBAMAN78 flats everytime i raise and folds the flop to a cbet EVERYTIME. the small blind is a good player that i was hoping would three bet for a squeeze here. Well the BB comes along and then we have this flop. Ideas on a c bet?

in general, i just jam preflop whenever i have less than 20 or so blinds, i would never min raise this.
as played however, pot is 1850, you have 3156 left in your stack
if you bet 777 then you will have 2379 left on the turn, and the pot will be 3404 if one calls and 4181 if both call, so you can easily shove turn.
I'm torn between open shoving and raise/calling.
With 14bbs yes its probably correct open shove but with a hand as strong as QQ I would try a min raise or small (2.3xraise) to try and get someone to 3-bet/spazz out or whatever.
I think the min raise is ok if you intend to call a shove. You are obv raise calling here so this might be the better play considering the stack sizes. It looks like you could fold to a shove.
On the flop I just JAM and make it look bluffy. There are plenty of small to mid pocket pairs and some suited connectors in their ranges for flatting preflop and you might get called by such a hand.
Thinking about it a little more, as benny said, a weak lead/small bet on the flop might work out well and hope that scubaman makes a move. Like he said if someone calls you can just shove turn as you won't even have a pot sized bet left.
I don't think dolfan has much of a hand as he got some sort of pot odds to toss in the extra 250 and peel a flop. His range for defending his BB here is pretty wide IMO.
I think it's possible someone has a mid pocket pair and your JAM on the flop makes it look like you have a flush draw or just over cards..If this were much later in an MTT I would probably open shove this with your stack size though.
i'm not sure what is best on the flop as scubamans flat confuses me lol
everything poker related confuses me lol
