I'm sure a lot of you looking at this will just say, “Yeah, you have to get it in here.” But I'd like to hear about why you feel a 4b here is good against this player's range. By 4betting we're flipping at best (or perhaps up against the same hand) and I wonder if we can actually find a fold… but that sounds ridiculous. If you can comment on this hand, I'd really benefit from knowing why it's good to get it in here.
Villain was 12/12 over 19 hands. On Sharkscope he's got a 67.8% ROI over 3,188 MTTs with a $6.94 ABI so my guess is that he's pretty competent at these stakes and could be putting pressure on here… but I haven't opened many pots whilst he's been at the table and it's not near any bubble so I wonder how much pressure he's actually putting on here. Would you think his range to be 3b my UTG open at JJ+,AK? If so, this is a fold here, right?
I'm really confused… like I know a lot of players see less than 40 bigs and are dreaming to get it all in, but in this instance the range of our opponent is really strong, isn't it? So what do we do?

BB: BB = 40.6, t4065
Hero (UTG): BB = 36.4, t3642
MP: BB = 88.3, t8825
CO: BB = 91.1, t9112
BTN: BB = 31.1, t3115

Pre Flop: (t210) Hero is UTG with K A
Hero raises to t250, 1 fold, CO raises to t800, 3 folds, Hero ???

This might be his 3bet for value range, though it could be wider too. That would depend on your reads. But I would say that a lot of players with a big stack are going to be capable of 3betting light here too. If he isn't – if he strictly has a narrow range of just value – then it's a fold here for me. But if he is light a significant portion of the time then folding AK is going to be fairly weak and you can 4bet to get it in (you are behind his 5bet range for sure but at that point you will be getting decent odds and you still have decent equity).
Yes you are utg here but this is 6 handed, so 1) he won't give you so much creditm which means that 2) he may be 3betting light more often or value 3betting wider.
So overall I would say this is pretty read dependent. It's also going to depend on your image at the table, and whether you think the villain is aware of your image. It's never gonna be too bad to get it in here unless this is his first 3bet in 400 hands.
