$125+100 Bounty- Buy In LIVE Tourney

Blinds: 600/1200/200

Stacks: I have 18k (after I post BB) – V covers

Villain: He is late 50s white guy. Was AI about an hour ago and has got hit with the deck in the last hour and is now chip leader at table (and likely tournament). I'd say he is a TAG player. He is not a bad player/ fish in any way but fairly straight forward post flop with potential to make the occasional play. I feel like he probably has read a poker book at some point and knows basic of good ABC play, but he seems playful now that he has a stack, mor ethan usual. Relevant hands: I have seen him raise LP with 77 and AK, both of which he called 2.5x 3 bets to earlier in the tourney when he was almost AI. I also have seen him fire a CBET at dry flops with Ace high. And the last 10 mins he has made pretty loose Hero calls that turned out to be bluffs and he has accrued a nice stack and a handful of $100 bonties- (the one I remember was for about half his stack oop on a board that was 8-9-T-J-2 and he had J8) and beceom talkative and jovial at table.

Hero Image: I've been prertty average stacked at 30BB or so for about 2 blind levels and have not played many pots but the few that I have played were aggressive (one was a 4 bet shove on the BTN against a BB 3 bet, and he folded). A few others were just raises on BTN and no calls. SO my image is probably TAG as well.

All action on this hand went down Pre-flop and my intention for this thread is simple. I am trying to implement more 3 bet shoves into my game and I think this was a good spot but I am not certain. I'd like to be more confident about this play. Any insight would be great.

Pre-Flop: Folds to V who opens for 3k…folds to Hero.

POT= 6400

We have AQ in BB and just about 15BB. Blinds go upevery 20 minutes and they just went up in this level.

There’s is no reason as to why you should not 3-bet shove this.
