Full Tilt Poker $16,500 Rush Guarantee No Limit Hold’em Tournament – t6000/t12000 Blinds + t1500 – 4 players

CO: t309964 M = 12.92

BTN: t796366 M = 33.18

SB: t1271264 M = 52.97

Hero (BB): t286406 M = 11.93

Pre Flop: (t24000) Hero is BB with 4 A

1 fold, BTN raises to t28000, SB calls t22000, Hero raises to t284906 all in

i was one of the tightest player at this final table if not the tightest so my image was good for moves

btn was stealing 50% of his hands and 75% of his btns and i never played back

sb the chipleader started to mess around with btn and called a lot of his raises so his range was kinda wide as well

just not a very expierenced tourney player so not sure about this spot

Everything you were saying leads me to believe its a good spot to 3bet shove until you said the SB who is the chip leader starting playing back at him when he was on the button. If thats the case we can assume that he would probably tighten his open range someone. Also a side not e to consider is that  if he is a thinking player he should see that your about even with the CO for chips and that you would be shoving a little tighter because you could move up at least another pay step. All things considered with the stats you listed I like the spot.

Oh and I see this is your first post…welcome to the community.

not only is this a great spot, but a fantastic hand to do it with. suited wheel aces are some of the best hands to balance you 3b/4b/5b ranges with.
