Daily $125 at Aria.
26 players remaining out of 135, money bubble at 15.
blinds 600/1200/200 – 8 handed
V1 – UTG (90K)- 20ish British guy that arrived recently with a big stack. He seems to be better than tha average tournament regular, seems fairly aware and appropriately aggresive.
V2 – Cutoff (30K) – Fishy tourist type who got a huge stack early, mainly because he hates folding and caught some bluffs where more thinking players usually fold, then lost some optimistically calling off short stack shoves. He started shoving when he opened once he got under 12BBs
Button – Hero (70k) I should have a fairly solid image from both players.
UTG raises to 2700. Cutoff flats. Hero has KQs on the button.
Obviously my hand is too strong here to fold, but I can't decide the merits of a 3-bet vs a call. Since villain is a younger guy with a big stack, he can have some non-premiums in his range. He is a little aggressive, but probably doesn't have many light 4-bets. V2 is much more likely to shove rather than flat with his strongest hands, so If I do raise and V1 folds I can easily call a backraise from V2.
I'd rather 3-bet a hand that I don't mind folding to a 4-bet and KQs seems too strong to essentially treat as a bluff. What do you guys think?

I think flatting and playing post flop is the approach I would take. V1 can't love life with two callers behind him, meaning he shouldn't every be c/betting with total air. Especially if he is aware that V2 is a touristy type player who hates folding.
I'm not totally agaisnt 3 betting it pre, as that will likely drop all except the top end of V1's range, and he will probably 4 bet that. However, I don't know if I love your plan of 3bet callling V2's shove. He has 25BB, so that seems like an awfully large stack to be getting in with a hand that is at best flipping vs his flat/4bet shove range. It's more likely you are crushed than flipping as well… that being said, I don't think flatting/4 bet shoving is in his arsenal with anything except a tricky played AA/KK/QQ.
Giving V2 a very generous(ok, extremely generous) flat/4 bet shove range of 77+, AJo+, ATs+, KQo, KQs – you have 39% equity vs this range. Assuming your 3 bet is in the range of 7200, you would have to call off 22,000 more if he shoves. I would assume you will be able to find a better spot than this, being as deep as you are.

I 3 bet more than most, but I don't like squeezing here. If V1 has a very wide range and hypothetically everyone folded to me then for me at least it would be a clear 3 bet, mostly to win what is in the middle, and also because KQs is ahead of the median of his wide range. But squeezing here turns your hand into a bluff more than a true isolation 3 bet, as you stated. I don't like squeezing with hands with some showdown value as I would rather squeeze as a pure bluff than to turn a solid hand into a bluff. Actually I don't even like my equity with KQs all that much against two players, but we have the odds to call, and we are on the button so I call.
