I would let it go, you made a decent preflop bet which represents strength from your early position. His 3-bet from SB usually means strength. Depending on the read I had on him I may just call his 3-bet and check the flop to see how he acts.

Honestly think you played it fine. A 3bet from the blinds is usually a big hand, but its kinda read dependant. If you've been opening a lot of pots and the other guy has been flatting alot, then the SB can squeeze alot lighter here. I don't like a flat here because you still have someone left to act behind who's in position. I think this spot is either a fold or iso-jam. I play it the same way you did.
