Snapcall for me. SB has perfect 25BB stack for shoving. You 3bet from the BU, so it doesnt tell anything about your hand. On these levels players even like to shove with hands like 9Ts in spots like this.

You even saying urself the OR was an activ player. Makes it very easy to call. SB see: “Activ player raises, like he often does. He probably wont be able to call a shove very often.. Oooooh Bingo, the BU tries to fight the activ player with a 3bet. Perfect spot to steal shove for me with a wide range.”

yeah you are 3betting a mid position raiser from the button, your range is about as wide as a 3betting range can get, which makes it a pretty nice 4bet jam spot here for the blinds.
i think you have to call. of course you could run into a monster, if you do then BL

My calling range for BB shove is TT+, probably calling 99 also.
