Skipping the BB on Stars (question for anybody)

Sorry if this is a dumb noob question, an expanation from anybody will do, this was the only place on the forum I could think to ask.

I'm on a break and ITM 2.5 hours into a PS 180 man SnG at the moment. Twice now when I've been UTG there has been an all-in situation in which the BB was eliminated. Each time I was SB on the next dealt hand, not on the BB as I expected. I'm not complaining, it saved me 1BB each time, but why does this happen? On my other fav site (Sky), in the same situation there is no SB on the next hand, BB only.

That's how their software works. It can be a massive advantage on sng and satellite bubbles. Obviously it's fairer if the players get to pay both blinds regardless of eliminations.

its just a quirk with the stars software and i do believe its the only site that does so.
